How Emotional Mastery Coaching Works

Every coaching engagement starts with an assessment designed to help you identify where you are right now... what patterns are running, what your body's signals are telling you, and what's ready to shift. This isn't a one-size-fits-all program. Your coaching immersion is uniquely designed around what you identify as the areas that need attention.

From there, we meet weekly over video for the duration of your immersion. The consistency matters because patterns reveal themselves over time, in the space between sessions, in the real moments of your actual life.
